Small Claims Court handles cases for claims of $3,000 or less. If the defendant lives, works, has a place for doing business, or owns property you are/were renting (and your claim is related to your tenancy or lease) in the Town of Irondequoit, you can use the Small Claims Court. The Town Justice in Small Claims Court only has the power to award monetary judgments.
To file a small claim action against an individual, please come to the Irondequoit Town Court during normal business hours.
