Irondequoit Home Improvement Program (IHIP)

Due to the popularity of the IHIP Grant and the limited funding allocated each grant year, we are no longer processing any additional applications. We apologize for any inconvenience and look forward to opening the application in the near future to assist our Irondequoit residents with their home improvement needs through the IHIP grant.

Overview

The Irondequoit Home Improvement Program (IHIP) is funded by the Federal Community Development Block Grant Program. Under this program, based on your income you may be eligible for a subsidy that will pay up to $7,500 of your home repair and improvement costs.
