Grass | Must be maintained to a height of 6 inches or less. If the grass is over 6 inches in height it is in violation and must be cut. |
Abandoned Vehicle | No residential property owner is permitted to keep a motor vehicle that is unlicensed/unregistered, or a vehicle that is not roadworthy (intact with no flat tires), on their property, unless it is stored in a completely enclosed building. |
Storage of Recreational Vehicles | From April 1st to November 1st, one recreational vehicle may be stored on the driveway extending beyond the property's front building line, if setbacks are met. For the remainder of the year, they must be stored behind the property's front building line. Maximum of two on-premises any time of year. |
Garbage/Refuse on the Front Lawn | No person shall accumulate or permit the accumulation of garbage/refuse upon any premises owned or occupied by him or her except for the purpose of regular weekly garbage removal or active construction. |
Parking on the lawn | No required front or side yard or portion thereof, other than driveways, in any R-R, R-1, R-2, R-3, or R-6 Residential District shall be utilized to provide parking spaces required in this chapter. |
