Recognize a good neighbor
The Town Supervisor and Town Board recognize Irondequoit residents whose thoughtful actions help their neighbors. If a resident has gone out of their way to help you or someone in the community, consider nominating them for the Good Neighbor Award.
How to nominate
Email the Supervisor’s Office with your contact information, your nominee’s contact information, and the reason for the nomination. A Town staff member will follow up about arrangements.
Who can be nominated?
- The nominee must be an Irondequoit resident.
- You may nominate more than one person, and a person may be nominated more than once.
- Anonymous nominations are accepted. Nominators are encouraged to attend the recognition and share their story, and nominees will be invited to attend.
For meeting dates and locations, check the Town Calendar.
