From the Desk of the Supervisor:
It has come to my attention that there was an error involving STAR exemptions on school tax bills. We are working with the County to resolve this and have been told the County will be issuing revised tax bills. It is anticipated that this correction will result in lower school tax bills. Any refunds owed will be sent sometime after October 31, after tax collection is completed. When the Town has more information, we will share that to our website.
